- ½ c. frozen mixed berries
- 2 scoops vanilla or plain yogurt
- ½ c. frozen spinach or small handful fresh
- ½ fresh avocado or small handful frozen
Put frozen berry mix, yogurt, spinach and avocado into a blender. Add ¼ c. of water or milk. If you don’t use frozen fruit and vegetables, add a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
