Recipe of the Month – Turkey Chili

Ingredients

2 Tsp. Oil (depending on your preference coconut, olive etc.)
2 Onion, Diced
1.5 cloves Garlic Minced
Leftover Turkey, ground
1/2 cup Diced Celery
1 cup Diced Carrot
1 – 10oz canned Diced Tomato
2 cup Tomato Sauce
½ tsp. Chili Powder
1 – 15 oz can mixed beans
8 cups Diced Squash

Directions

Heat oil in a large pot. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent. Add squash,
celery, carrots, diced tomato, tomato sauce, chili powder, and beans. Bring to a boil. Add ground turkey. Let simmer for 1 hour until veggies are tender.
