Recipe: Cinnamon Apple Wedges

Ingredients:
  • 2 apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
  • 1 tsp coconut or vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in frying pan over a medium/low heat.
  2. Add apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Lightly fry for 5-10 mins.
