Ham & Cheese Egg Cups

We absolutely love this recipe for Ham & Egg cups! It's packed with protein, quick to make and great for those busy mornings! Plus, it's kid-sized!

Cook Time: 12 - 15 Minutes
Serves: 12

The ingredients you will need are:

  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • Ham slices
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Chopped parsley

Preheat your oven to 400 ° F and coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Line each of the greased cups with a slice of ham and sprinkle cheddar inside. Crack one egg into each of the ham cups and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 12 - 15 minutes, until your eggs are cooked all the way through. Then remove from oven, garnish with parsley and serve!
