- 1 ¼ c. oats
- 1/2 c. nut butter or Wow butter
- 1 single-serving container of vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Blend the oats in a blender or food processor until they are the consistency of oat flour.
- Put the oats into a bowl.
- Add nut butter, yogurt, and cinnamon.
- Mix them well in the bowl.
- Roll into bite-size pieces and enjoy.
