BrightPath Early Learning and Child Care Recognized by ADP as Culture at Work Award Winner in 2025 HCM Distinction Awards

March 19, 2025 – BrightPath Early Learning and Child Care, a part of the Busy Bees family, one of the world’s largest early years education providers, announced today that it was named winner of the Culture at Work Award in ADP’s 2025 HCM Distinction Awards. The award, which was announced at ADP Meeting of the Minds in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 18, 2025, recognizes organizations that display excellence in Human Capital Management (HCM) and workplace innovation. 


The awards are given to a select group of large employers that are leveraging HCM technology to drive organizational agility, build people-centric cultures, lead workplace innovation, enable global performance, and deliver enhanced candidate and employee experiences. Organizations were selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants who have demonstrated a strong commitment to HCM excellence. BrightPath was named the Culture at Work Award winner, which recognizes companies that foster a dynamic, best-in-class workplace culture.
