At Queens Montessori Academy, we hold our staff to a superior standard of excellence. Everyone on the Queens Montessori team is highly trained and well educated. Our early childhood educators hold a variety of degrees and diplomas, including Registered Early Childhood Educator certification and MACTE Montessori accreditation, the highest level of Montessori certification available.

Our directresses share our dedication and passion for the Montessori method. In an effort to ensure a consistent Montessori experience, we ensure each classroom has at least one Montessori-accredited directress, as well as at least one registered early childhood educator. This staff-to-child ratio grows with the class size to ensure every child has the support and attention they need.

In addition, each staff member is certified in Standard First Aid and Level C CPR with a clear criminal reference check including vulnerable sector screening. With continued professional development courses and workshops, our educators regularly expand their knowledge and remain on top of the latest research in the field of early development.
