Centre Director
Laile Esguerra has been a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) for 15 years, spending the last nine enriching the community at BrightPath Academy Leaside. She holds a BA in Sociology and has further honed her expertise with an ECE Administration certification. Laile takes great pride in her ability to make meaningful connections with families and is passionate about fostering a positive work culture among her team. She is committed to providing high-quality care that enriches the lives of children and their families in the community.
A native of the Philippines, Laile has embraced a creative and adventurous lifestyle in Canada. She enjoys arts and crafts and loves exploring new hobbies, though she humorously admits to never quite mastering any. Travel is a cherished activity for her family, with summer trips often including camping and fishing adventures. When at home, Laile relishes the quieter moments spent cozied up with a book or lounging with her pet dog.
Fluent in Tagalog, Laile's diverse background and warm personality make her a beloved figure at BrightPath Academy Leaside, where she continues to inspire both her team and the families she serves.
