Entry & Eligibility

• No purchase or enrollment is required to enter.
• To enter, families must complete a tour at a participating U.S. BrightPath center between July 21 and August 16, 2025.
• One entry per household. Multiple center tours or separate guardian visits will not increase entry chances.
• Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.
• Staff enrollments and current or recently enrolled families (within the last 6 months) are not eligible.
• Only U.S. BrightPath locations are participating in this giveaway.
• All entries will be tracked and verified through BrightPath's tour form and internal CRM system.
• This is a shared giveaway across all participating U.S. child care centers under the BrightPath, Busy Bees, and affiliated brands. One (1) winner will be selected from the total pool of entries across all participating locations.

The Prize

• One (1) winner will receive free child care for one child at any participating U.S. center operated by BrightPath, Busy Bees, or any affiliated brands included in this campaign.
• This is a shared giveaway across all participating brands - only one winner will be selected from the total pool of eligible entries.
• The prize covers tuition for one child only and may be used for either full-time or part-time care, depending on the family’s chosen schedule.
• No cash value will be provided for families who choose a part-time schedule or withdraw before the full prize value is used.
• All age groups, including infant care, are eligible.
• The prize includes up to 12 consecutive months of care, starting from the child’s official start date.
• The winner must complete the full enrollment process and agree to all BrightPath (or affiliated brand) family handbook policies and procedures.
• Enrollment must begin by a mutually agreed upon date (tentatively September 30, 2025), subject to availability and center approval.
• If the winning family withdraws before the 12-month period ends, any remaining months of free care will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or reactivated.

Winner Selection & Announcement

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via phone and email by September 2, 2025.
• One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all participating brands and locations. Only one prize will be awarded in total.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity (e.g., blog post, press release, photo or name use) as requested by BrightPath. A publicity release may be required.

Additional Terms

• BrightPath reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries, or modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• The prize is contingent on continued compliance with BrightPath policies.
• Void where prohibited by law.
