New location celebrated with ribbon-cutting ceremony bringing together families, local leaders, and the West Loop community
CHICAGO, Ill. – BrightPath Early Learning and Child Care celebrated the opening of BrightPath West Loop, its sixth location in Illinois, marking another milestone in the organization’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality early childhood education across the Chicago region.
Located in Chicago's vibrant and growing West Loop neighborhood, the new center provides nurturing early learning experiences for children ages six weeks to five years, helping meet the needs of families in one of the city's fastest-growing communities.
The newly designed center is built to inspire curiosity and support every child's unique learning journey. Through BrightPath's proprietary BeeCurious Curriculum, children engage in joyful, play-based learning driven by exploration, choice, and self-expression. Through hands-on experiences and educator-guided inquiry, children develop confidence, empathy, and curiosity while building meaningful connections to themselves, others, and the world around them.
"Opening BrightPath West Loop has been an exciting opportunity to build meaningful connections with families and become part of this thriving Chicago community," said Johnetha White, Center Director. "We are proud to celebrate this milestone alongside our community partners and supporters, whose presence made the occasion especially meaningful. We look forward to helping children develop independence, discover new interests, and build the skills they need to thrive."
As part of the celebration, BrightPath presented a $1,000 donation to Nourishing Hope, a Chicago-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing food insecurity and advancing nutritional wellness. The contribution reflects BrightPath's ongoing commitment to supporting the well-being of children and families both inside and outside the classroom.
Enrollment is now open, and spaces are filling quickly. Families are encouraged to schedule a tour to learn more about BrightPath's approach to early learning and experience firsthand how the center supports children's growth, development, and school readiness during their most important early years.
