Recipe: Cinnamon Apple Wedges

Ingredients:
2 apples, cored and cut into thin wedges
1 tsp coconut or vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Heat oil in frying pan over a medium/low heat.
Add apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Lightly fry for 5-10 mins.
