Nicole graduated from Sheridan College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education in 1997 and has been working in the field for over 25 years. She has over two decades of experience working with a variety of different age groups. Nicole joined BrightPath in September 2001 as a Kindergarten educator and over the course of working for BrightPath, she has had the pleasure of working at different locations.
According to Nicole, the best part about being a Centre Director is spending time in the programs, engaging in activities, and seeing the children's happy and smiling faces. She enjoys watching the children learn, grow, and develop as the days go on.
Nicole has two girls that keep her busy and on her toes. They love to spend quality time outside together, hiking, swimming, and enjoying their family cottage. In her free time, Nicole enjoys getting together with her friends, going for dinners, and watching movies. She also enjoys watching her daughters and nephews play their sports and having fun.
What our families think about BrightPath LEAP
"My eldest son (sk)did camp here and loved it! All the staff are so full of energy and really kept him going. Love that I don't need to pack a lunch as it's all provided!! They went to Memorial park everyday. They are constantly doing art and crafts. They hosted a magician a dance teacher and a few over cool activities too. Ms. Sam is exceptionally sweet with the kids! They are full days with flexible drop off pick up too so no need to do the camp pick up run around. Definitely recommend."
"We have used LEAP since my son was 2 years old. He is now 11 and we continue to use it. The staff are amazing! They have been so caring with my son and with us! They understand and respect your time and work commitments and different scheduling issues and have always been willing to accommodate and work with us. Although we have changed jobs and added various commitments to our lives over the last 9 years, LEAP has always been a reliable constant for us. We really love this centre!"
