Thank you for your interest in Peekaboo Centres. We are now a proud member of BrightPath kids. Don’t worry, we brought our fantastic teams with us, same management and same staff to serve you and your family.

What Sets Us Apart

Our award-winning curriculum was formed through in-depth research into early childhood learning and development. A blend of play-based (Frog Street) and child-led (Emergent) curriculums, all activities are hands-on, child-guided and exceed provincial early learning frameworks.

Our dedicated and passionate early childhood educators deliver an innovative, engaging and proven curriculum that ignites a love of learning and inspires and encourages individuality in every BrightPath child. Their nurturing and attentive approach offers each child a home-away-from-home experience.

Two-way communication is important. Monthly newsletters, curriculum nights, parent interviews, open houses and our proprietary app (BrightPath Connect™) are designed to increase the interaction between our centres and families.

Children need nutrition to grow in both mind and body. Believing that food choices throughout childhood fuel life long eating habits, our menu is crafted by a Registered Nutritionist and prepared in-house daily and reflects those beliefs.

Meet The Centre Director

Aimee graduated from Mohawk College where she completed the Registered Early Childhood Education Program in 1995. She has been a part of the BrightPath family since 2005, she has been serving as the Assistant Centre Director for 3 years and is now serving as the Centre Director for BrightPath Waterdown LEAP.

Her favourite part about being a Centre Director is being able to provide quality childcare to families in the community. She loves to interact closely with the families and staff. She enjoys seeing how happy the families are with the program and seeing the children’s excitement for what they get to take away from the centre.

Aimee loves spending time with her family, including spending summers outdoors together. She is a mom to a daughter, who is the apple of her eye. In her spare time, she loves to scrapbook, needlepoint, and spend time playing with her pet cat and hamster.
