What Sets Us Apart

Our award-winning curriculum was formed through in-depth research into early childhood learning and development. A blend of play-based (Frog Street) and child-led (Emergent) curriculums, all activities are hands-on, child-guided and exceed provincial early learning frameworks.

Our dedicated and passionate early childhood educators deliver an innovative, engaging and proven curriculum that ignites a love of learning and inspires and encourages individuality in every BrightPath child. Their nurturing and attentive approach offers each child a home-away-from-home experience.

Two-way communication is important. Monthly newsletters, curriculum nights, parent interviews, open houses and our proprietary app (BrightPath Connect™) are designed to increase the interaction between our centres and families.

Children need nutrition to grow in both mind and body. Believing that food choices throughout childhood fuel life long eating habits, our menu is crafted by a Registered Nutritionist and prepared in-house daily and reflects those beliefs.

About The Centre

Located on Beddington Boulevard in the northwest community of Beddington Heights, BrightPath Bermuda is only minutes away from the busy Beddington Towne Centre in the east and the Beddington Theatre Art Centre in the west. With easy access to Centre Street and Beddington Trail, Bermuda provides parents with a centre located in the heart of its community while still conveniently accessible to main routes to get to and from work.

Fully licensed and accredited, Bermuda offers 88 spaces for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old. The multi-storied building divides its age groups across the various floors and creates a home-like feel for the children attending. The outdoor space features developmentally-appropriate play yards for Infants and Toddlers in the front and Preschoolers in the back of the building. Meet The Centre Director

Harleen graduated from Bow Valley College in 2015 with a diploma in Early Learning and Child Care.  She joined the BrightPath team in 2015, working her way up from a preschool ECE to being named the Director of the Bermuda Centre.  As she strongly believes in the value of growth and education, Harleen regularly participates in online workshops, seminars and conferences to increase her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Harleen’s favourite part about being a Director with BrightPath is being able to provide the children with quality care and opportunities to learn. She believes that teamwork is essential to ensuring that the everyone from the educators to the children is able to succeed.

Orignally from India, Harleen immigrated to Canada in 2012. Most of her immediate family live in Seattle and she loves keeping in touch with them and visiting whenever she can. In addition to English, she also speaks Hindi, Punjabi and basic Urdu. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, shopping, travelling, reading and trying out foods from different cultures.
