Ingredients: For each roll-up:
- 1 or 2 slices of turkey
- 2 slices of avocado
- Hummus
Directions:
- Lay the turkey out flat. If using 2 slices, then layer together.
- Spread hummus on the turkey. Add the avocado slices, roll up and enjoy.
- If vegetarian, use a small tortilla in place of the turkey.
