Materials: Playing cards. Lay out 20 cards on the table (leave out face cards or change them to equal 0, while aces equal one. Try to remove sets of cards that add up to 10, ultimately trying to remove all the cards from the table. It’s harder than you think!

All you need is a regular dice. If you roll a:
1. Jog on the spot for 20 seconds
2. Hold a plank for 30 seconds
3. Jump on the spot for 30 seconds
4. Do 10 lunges
5. Do 10 push-ups
6. Do 6 burpees
Pick 5 songs from 5 different Music genres. Draw and listen to one genre for 30 seconds. Repeat this process till you have listened to all 5 genres and have 5 drawings. Compare the drawings and how the music effected your art.
