This recipe is super simple and a guaranteed holiday favourite! All you need are toothpicks, green grapes, sliced bananas, strawberries and marshmallows for a small hint of sugar!
Take your grapes and pierce them with a toothpick. Then take a slice of banana and place it on top of the grape. Follow this by placing a strawberry on top of the banana for the red Santa hat and top it all off with a small marshmallow for the ball on top, and you’re done!

In a second bowl, whisk together:
Mix your wet and dry ingredients together until they become a batter. Grease your skillet and add ¼ cup of your batter at a time. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, serve and enjoy your cozy and delicious gingerbread pancakes!
This recipe is all about veggies! You will need the following ingredients: cauliflower, grape tomatoes, broccoli florets, sliced yellow peppers and pretzel sticks.
Take your broccoli florets and arrange them into the shape of a triangle (or tree!) on a platter. Add your grape tomatoes in two rows across the triangle to create ornaments for the tree. Use your slices of yellow pepper to create a star for the top of the tree. You can also use slices of yellow pepper across the tree as strands of lights!
Healthy snacks over the holidays doesn’t necessarily mean no cookies! These whole-wheat gingerbread cookies are sure to be a big hit during the holidays with children and adults alike!
In a bowl combine:
Mix until a dough is formed, then cut your dough in half and shape until round. Wrap each dough round and place in the fridge to chill for 1 hour. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line baking trays with parchment paper.
Roll out your dough with a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter to make cookies in whatever shapes you like! Bake for 8-12 minutes and enjoy!
Another simple recipe, all you need is oatmeal, sliced bananas, raisins, a small slice of orange and some apples!
Make a bowl of your child’s favourite oatmeal and place 3 slices of banana vertically in the shape of a snowman on top of the oatmeal. Take a small slice of apple and place it on top of the first banana in your bowl, then cut some long thin slices of apple to use as a scarf for the snowman. Cut a small triangle from an orange slice and place it on the face as a nose.
Take 5 raisins and gently push two on the top slice of the banana to make the eyes. Then place three vertically on the second slice of banana to make the snowman’s buttons!
