The ingredients you will need are:
- Cooking spray, for pan
- Ham slices
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- Freshly ground pepper
- Chopped parsley
Preheat your oven to 400 ° F and coat a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Line each of the greased cups with a slice of ham and sprinkle cheddar inside. Crack one egg into each of the ham cups and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12 – 15 minutes, until your eggs are cooked all the way through. Then remove from oven, garnish with parsley and serve!
